this is for everyone 5'7" + and whose lowest weight cannot be double digits or they’ll die
- we will never be able to fit into an xxs or xs BUT we can finally fit into smalls
- having an UGW lower than 100 is impossible for us because we’d literally die before getting there
- you can change your weight but not your height, so when you become skinny your legs will go on for miles
- we might not be the girl getting a piggy back ride regardless of our weight, just because of our size
- when there isn’t enough room in the car we might not be the girl to sit on another girls lap bc our legs are just too long
- restricting to ~100 cal a day is REALLY bad for us bc we’re supposed to get over 2000 cal
some times the ana/mia community can leave out the tall/bigger people

Why I NEED skinny..
To see my hips
To feel my arms fit closer to my sides
To feel my knee bones touch
To be able to touch my elbows together
So I can reach around behind me and do the hand cover vagina thing (some reason that is motivating)
Skinny poses that I generally can’t do because I’m fat
So I can BE the thinspo
So I can take pictures whenever I want, in whatever clothes I’m wearing
So I can rock Thigh highs, a huge sweater and cute boy shorts and nothing else!
To be able to run my hands over never before seen parts because I am now thin enough to see/ feel them
To see my shoulder bonesTo see my ribs again
So I look more pulled in instead of just fat spilling everywhere
No more muffin top and fat poking out of holes in pants
So I don’t have to wear huge sweaters to hide myself
To feel the control and accomplishment
To finally prove everyone wrong
To show everyone how hot I can be

To be able to see past my stomach

So my boyfriend can pick me up and we can play around and have fun without me hurting him because I’m so fucking fat

Basics/Tips
-drink at least 2.5l of water a day
-put a straw in the glass so you can subconsciously drink it
-exercise obviously
-if you are new to exercise just start with streching and gradually do more and more
-if you dont wanna gain a lot of muscle do only cardio
-take vitamins
-eat only fruits and veggies if you’re able to
-dont drink smoothies, they’ll make you less full then when you’re actually eating + blending takes away some vitamins
-if you dont count calories it helps knowing what you put in your body
-black coffee
-dark chocolate if you are craving something sweet (its actually good for you)
-also sugar filled fruit helps the cravings as well
-GREEN TEA GREEN TEA GREEN TEA
-or any detox tea
-white tea helps not to absorb carbs so drink it after a juice cleanse or a water fast
-weigh yourself in the morning
-don’t weigh yourself too much cause you might become obsessed with it
-exercise before you eat that way you wont be losing cals but actual fat

-theres so many unnecessary junk in it
-bye carbs, red meat and candy
-don’t eat too much salty food
-don’t eat the same amount of calories everyday
-if you’re able to cut out dairy
-if you’ve hit the plateu dairy might be the reason as well
-wear tight clothes
-drink warm water before and cold water after you eat

-when you feel a binge coming on, or are already in the middle of one take 2 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar and put it in a shot glass of water and drink it. It literally just stops your cravings
